How to complete KYC verification

If you need to make a transaction, you must complete the KYC verification process.

If KYC verification has not been completed, the following screen will appear

KYC Verification Process

1 .After logging in, select the popup window or tap the icon at the top.
2. Under your ID and UID display, select Security Verification.
3. Next, choose KYC Verification

4. Click Next

5. In the Identity Verification window, select Continue.
6. Under IDENTITY DOCUMENT, choose Select issuing country (your country of residence) and Choose your document type.
7. If the document is successfully uploaded, you will see the message "We received your documentation."

8. If you are ready for face verification, select the I’M READY button.
9. Move your face slightly within the on-screen circle as instructed.

10. Once completed, you will see the message "Your face scan was successful. Continue."
11. Review your IDENTITY DOCUMENTS and click NEXT.
12. KYC verification is now complete. The review process may take a few hours, up to a maximum of one day.
